New Nine Patch Blocks

After having a houseful of company for the weekend (For the PGA Championship in town & a good time was had by all - golf fans & the shopping crew!), I got back to my sewing machine yesterday afternoon. I sewed a row of blocks for my zig zag quilt and then I spent the rest of the time I had for the day making nine patch blocks for Amanda Jeans' quilt along.

I made 12 new blocks using my Peace on Earth charm packs. This brings the grand total to 21 blocks and it is day 30 of the quilt along. Still behind, but not as far behind as before.

They are beautiful!! I love the colors together. Now did you use that 'quick' method where you sew a seam on each end and cut down the middle (or however it goes)?

Hugs,
Nancy
