This past weekend my husband was gone deer hunting so I decided to tackle the messiest room in the house - our toyroom. Look what I found? We've had these coloring books and maze book for a while, but they were out of sight, out of mind. I looked at them with a whole new eye... inspiration for piecing quilt tops and for the quilting process...
Inspiration IS all around us, like many things we just need to have an open mind and open eyes.
Tomorrow I'm cleaning out my pantry... wonder what I'll find in there? Hmm...

Those are just awesome books!! I can so see them made up into quilts. Definitely in bright fabrics.
They are fabulous - the look like great quilting design inspiration too.
What a great idea. You never know where you will find inspiration.
Great find! I love the one that says it's for ages 5,6, 7......oh well, that leaves me out!
