DQS8

This week I signed up for Doll Quilt Swap 8. You have probably seen images of these phenomenal mini quilts throughout the blog-universe, particularly if you are on flickr at all. Doll Quilt Swap is a secret swap in which you make a doll size quilt (12" square up to 24" square). Many people make a mosaic of favorites to help their partner decipher there tastes. Above is a mosaic of some of my flickr favorites. So a lot of life going on here, and flickr surfing has made for a rather unproductive week! While signups for DQS8 are closed, check out the group on flickr - you'll find it quite inspirational!

It's weird but now that I'm in? I'm so nervous about this! You may need to hold my hand!

Oh, great faves! I'm in too, and woke up in a sweat the first night, scared to pieces!

I love the story of the missing sock. I use to tell my kids that there was a special place in Heaven for all the missing socks. I don't have that problem anymore as they are all grown and have kids and grandkids of there own. It will get better later.
