Don't you just love fast finishes? They are so motivating! This is the Practical Bag by Tanya Whelan. The other night I cut the pattern out of this dark brown multi color print from Amy Butlers Lotus collection which I think will make a great fall bag...
I used a rosy red print from Avalon's Ranchero collection for the lining, you can see it peeking out a bit here! And I finished the bag last night! Just the boost I need to attack my lengthy UFO list!

Nice! This is a great-looking bag...I like the shape of it. Out of curiosity, does it have a pocket. Just wondering, because I did another of the Grand Revival patterns some time ago (the Flea Market bag), and I liked it a lot, I might want to try this one. Love your fabric choice!
