Just a reminder for those of you in the Minneapolis area, if you haven't joined the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild, we do lots of fun stuff including a monthly block lottery or quilt block swap. I am quasi in charge of this endeavour - collecting ideas from members via our pinterest boards and sending out options for members to vote on each month. For February we will be making Fractured Star blocks using black and white fabrics with a Kona Chartreuse solid background. That is a great block. It sounds like a terrific group.
Nice block Karen! Hope we both end up at the same meeting some time soon. Missed you last week and I'll be in FL for the month of February.
