Fabric Love for MQG Swap

I finished up my LOVE mini for our guild swap with the NYC Metro Mod Guild.  I used two colors of Moda Crossweave for the paper pieced strip hearts and the background is sewing text on concrete colorway from the Mama Said Sew line by Sweetwater for Moda.  As you can see the color combination ended up a bit difficult to capture with a photo for me but I am hoping the recipient likes it!

I have a few extra odd blocks in a different colorway so I think I am going to spend the afternoon making myself a little valentine.  Happy Valentine's Day to you...enjoy the weekend.  Linking up with Amanda Jean's Friday Finishes today... (Think I am also going to go back this weekend and look at all the finishes from last weekend...oh my gosh there are so many, often I look Friday afternoon but I am missing a lot to not go back and see them all!)
