More Guild Bee Blocks!

Some of my recent sewing has been to catch up on bee blocks for the Minneapolis Modern Quilt Guild bee that I am in.  If you follow me on instagram you have already seen these, but I wanted too chronicle them on the blog as well.  My favorite blocks that I have made in this last batch of sewing was the X+ blocks for Tracy.  I have always loved the looks of these blocks but was so surprised how fast they came together... I will be repeating these.  I used fabrics from some the of recipients preferred fabric designers too. (So fun to use long hoarded fabrics!) Here is a link to the tutorial.

I made some fun gnome blocks for Michelle. Here is a link to the paper pieced pattern that we used by Sonja of Artisania.

Rebecca requested these mosaic blocks that were a custom design included color specifics.

Colby is into curves this year and requested these improv curve blocks.  These four quarters were left unsewn to she can mix up the different blocks she receives.

Next up is blocks for myself which I hope to share soon!
